Default Option: You meet with those that participated in the brainstorming session 🧠 and discuss next steps.
A HMMM Option: To have a more meaningful kickoff meeting you decide to invite everyone 🎟 that will be a part of this process. You draw out 🖍 an exercise to see what blind spots you might have that need to be addressed or at least on your radar. At the same time, you want to build up excitement about this project and get people onboard.
