During this fun 60-minute training, we will draw through various exercises with an aim to:

• Explore the benefits of using visuals in a work setting
• Train on creating visuals for beginners
• Increase your confidence in your creativity
• Discuss how you can start implementing visuals to your work role

In this 60-minute training, we explore how to apply visuals and interactions to our meetings so our participants feel more connected and engaged in this virtual/hybrid world.

Recommended Pre-requisite: Intro to Drawing Visuals for Work (or equivalent knowledge)

Through interactive, hands-on exercises, participants will build the skills to host meetings that are focused, engaging, and outcome-driven.

For this workshop, we will lead a unique and introspective activity that we believe your team members will find both enlightening and meaningful. It’s an opportunity to explore their life’s journey in a creative and reflective way.

In this 60 minute activity, we will embark on a journey of:

• Self-Reflection
• Creative Expression
• Community and Connection
• Personal Growth

We will partner with you to prepare and facilitate a visual brainstorming session.

Before the workshop, we will work with you to define the problem and write an open ended focal question and determine who needs to be involved.

During the workshop, we will facilitate the brainstorming.

After the workshop, we will have the takeaway: We had # of ideas, we grouped those into # categories, and, based on the focal question, we selected # of killer ideas to prototype.

Set your team up for success in reaching their goals by having a whole team workshop to discuss and develop goals together. Goals are more likely to be achieved when they are visual, revisited, crafted in a SMART format, and shared with accountability buddies.

We can work with you to design a custom workshop or training. After we discuss the meeting objective, we will present some interactive options to design the meeting around. Then depending on your comfort level, we can facilitating/ co-facilitating the meeting with you.
