MAKE IT VISUAL: If virtual, have snow as your background or the question posted on the screen. Play the Frozen song, “Let it Go” (not visual but still engaging the senses). Lean into it and bring some levity; I think those of your team members dealing with the Artic winds could use some.
MY SNOW STORY: Dead summer in Texas, think 100* and humid. I’m at a friend’s house and spend at least 30 minutes shaving ice into powder using their plastic snow cone crank so I can make 1 perfect snowball. When my brother comes with my aunt to pick me up, I peg him right in the chest, he didn’t know what hit him! As the big sister I’ve gotta keep him on his toes 🙂
