Post 34: MEETING KICKOFF ACTIVITY

SCENARIO: Time for a team meeting! If you’re in the USA, some team members have been gone on PTO and some just had the Thanksgiving Holiday off. 

Instead of jumping right into work topics, take a couple minutes to honor the time away and give them an opportunity to share and connect as a team.

MAKE IT VISUAL: 

  • Draw a prompt/ themed image on a piece of paper/screen/whiteboard with lots of white space.
  • Ask your team if there’s anything they are especially grateful this week.
  • Write out answers that are shared. You might want to kick it off by sharing first.
  • Give everyone an opportunity to share.
  • Don’t overcomplicate it. Just have fun, share, and lean into the easy themes.
