Continuing with the PLAN your Meetings:
A FOR AGENDA
Again, get clear before sending the invite.
The agenda doesn’t need to be an exact time break down.
Your agenda will be an overview for attendees where you share your expectations for the meeting.
You will let them know about the objective and topic. Acting as a signal to them that the meeting is applicable to them. You can highlight what actions you hope them to take before, during, and/or after the meeting.
Once you send the meeting invite, consider what activities can be added to your meeting so there is interaction and communication from all those attending.
You’ve selected these attendees for a reason, I would hope it’s because you want to hear from them and value their perspectives.
